Christmas Countdown

On November 25th, I told the kids there were 30 days until Christmas.  The next day after breakfast Jacob stated there were now 29 days until Christmas and decided he needed a Christmas countdown (Thank you Curious George).

So he drew one and hung it up in his room.

 

 

He then promptly decided everyone needed a Christmas countdown in their room and made one for everyone and taped it in everyone's room

 



 

 

And since the next day was Thanksgiving, he drew a turkey on the number 28.  And a Christmas tree on number 1.

He has been faithfully x-ing out yesterday's number and circling todays number. 

This kid LOVES numbers!

Snowman

It snowed Saturday morning so of course that meant we had to get out in it.

The kids insisted we build a snowman.

This is What He Does...

While he is supposed to be sleeping.

 

Organizes the toys.

He will set this all up and then in the morning tell Evie and Noah he has a surprise for them in his room.

 

I only wish he would organize the toys while in clean up mode instead to just play mode.
