1 Month Old Today
Here is what Noah is up to:
Height: 20.25 inches ( 10th%tile)
Weight: 8 lbs 15 oz (25th%tile)
Noah is wearing newborn and 0-3 months. He has grown out of the premee and some of the smaller newborn outfits. He is wearing size 1 diapers.
He is nursing anywhere from 2.5 to 4 hours the day. And anywhere from 2.5 to 7-8 hours at night. He has been a bit fussy, mainly after feedings and at night. We got a prescription for Zantac today to help if he is having some reflux issues, which I think he is. Hopefully our little one will be a bit more comfortable now.
He has a bit of baby acne right now and I think he is starting to lose his hair. He loves being held and especially walked around. He is starting to be more alert and awake.
Jacob and Evie love him to pieces. He gets LOTS of kisses from Evie. It's just about the cutesy thing ever! Jacob likes to look at him and asks to hold him occasionally.
Overall we are all doing well. I don't feel nearly as sleep deprived as I did with the other 2. But I also have not spent the whole day with all 3 by myself, or gone out with all 3 by myself either. Not quite sure how I am going to manage getting everyone in and out of the car. Guess time and practice will tell

Recently
It's been snowy here, but warming up and melting. We probably had at least 8 inches. We stayed in basically the whole week. Devin went into work for a few hours Tuesday morning but came home when it started snowing. We only ventured out in the snow a little bit. Evie wasn't too sure about walking around in it or even sitting on the sled being pulled. Jacob liked being out. We tried sledding down our hill (which was really fun) but he wasn't a big fan of the snow pelting him in the face and was probably a bit too fast. We only lasted about 30 min. Mostly we just stayed in our pj's and played by the fire. We thankfully never lost power, but we had one tree fall down. Evie had a doctors appointment on Friday that I tried to take her too, but we got stuck in the driveway in the slushy snow/icy mess.
Jacob and Evie are loving their baby brother. They both like seeing him and looking at him and touching him. Evie loves to come up and give him kisses. It's just about the cutesy thing.
Noah is doing well. He is a bit fussy, especially in the evening and late night. He is eating great and sleeping about 3-4 hours a stretch at night, sometimes less, sometimes more. He loves to be held and especially being walked around. We have a doctorsappointment on Friday, it will be interesting to see how much he has grown.
Well, that's about it...till next time...

Noah is 1 Week Old
My baby boy is already a week old and things are going pretty well. Despite a big brother and sister with double ear infections and a mama who is getting a cold, Noah is doing great.
He had a check up today. The doctor of course said he looks perfect! He weighed in at 6lbs 12oz, (1oz above his birth weight and in the 25th % tile) and measured 19.25 inches long (15th %tile).
He is sleeping and eating great, about every 3-4 hours during the day and sleeping in-between. He has some fussy times at night between 10-2am except for last night so I am hoping we are getting past this, and he gives us one long stretch of 5-6 hours of sleep at night which makes all the difference in the world! Keep it up little buddy! He is sleeping in our room in a cradle that my grandpa Jack made for my sisters and I when we were babies.
He still seems SO tiny making our others seem so huge in comparison.
His belly button hs not fallen off yet. We gave him his first sink bath yesterday and I did a photo shoot as well.
He is wearing newborn size diapers and newborn clothes that are almost all too big for him. We have one premee outfit that fits just right.
We are getting lots of snuggle time in the evening after the other 2 go to bed. and we are getting lots of sleepy smiles! Loving it!
Oh, and so far he does not seem to be much of a spitter upper! I am hoping that continues as well.
