4 Months Stats and Pictures
Our little guy is a little guy. He measured 23 inches long and weighed in at 12 lbs 3 oz. This puts him in the 2nd %tile for both height and weight. Both Jacob and Evie were 24 inches long and over 13 lbs. I thought Noah might be smaller but was quiet surprised. Hopefully he can catch up at some point.

4 Months
Our littlest guy is 4 months old today and just today for the first time rolled from his back to front! That is quicker than both Jacob and Evie and without much trying. This little guy is likely going to be our quickest mover. He has rolled from front to back a handful of times already too. He has also been laughing for sometime now too which is quicker that both Jacob and Evie again.
Noah has a doctors appointment on Monday so I will get all his stats then.
Noah is still nursing about every 3 hours during the day. He is currently sleeping about 8 hours at night. He had been sleeping 10-11 hours for about a month and a half until about a week ago. I will still take 8 hours but going backwards sucks. All the kids have been waking up around 6:30am which is very early for me.
Noah is usually happy, smiley, and content. He definitely has his fussy moments and then he is FUSSY. We are still giving him medication for reflux. I trialed him off it for a week or so and gently put him back on because he appeared to be quite a bit more uncomfortable and not sleeping as well.
Noah likes sitting up in the bumbo and standing up. He likes the swing and often sleeps in it during the day. He really likes faces and is usually happy as long as someone is interacting with him. He is starting to grab things and found his toes.
Noah is wearing size 2 diapers, 3 mo or 3-6mo clothes.
