Did you know you can easily make a knock off that taste just a delicious? It's true, you can! And it only take 2 ingredients.
Ritz crackers
Andes mints (although I think one could probably use any chocolate mint, or dark chocolate and mint extract)
There are many recipes online, not that you really need a recipe.
Just melt the chocolate candies inthe microwave, place a cracker in the chocolate, flip with a fork, transfer to wax paper. Wait until the chocolate hardens again, enjoy!
I bought 4 boxes of Andes and made about 60 cookies.
