Ritz crackers
Andes mints (although I think one could probably use any chocolate mint, or dark chocolate and mint extract)
There are many recipes online, not that you really need a recipe.
Just melt the chocolate candies inthe microwave, place a cracker in the chocolate, flip with a fork, transfer to wax paper. Wait until the chocolate hardens again, enjoy!
